com as fam\u00edlias de Ch\u00e3 das Caldeiras.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>O ato contou com a presen\u00e7a da IFH \u2013 Imobili\u00e1ria Fundi\u00e1ria e Habitat, SA, enquanto gestora da Empreitada e representante do Dono da Obra, o Minist\u00e9rio das Infraestruturas Ordenamento do Territ\u00f3rio e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 MIOTH, do\u00a0representante do Empreiteiro TER Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e do representante da Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>O prazo estimado para execu\u00e7\u00e3o das obras \u00e9 de 5, 6 e 5,5 meses respetivamente, a partir da data da consigna\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph
