Ex.\u00aa o Primeiro Ministro de Cabo Verde, Dr. Ulisses Correia e Silva, acompanhado do Sr. Ministro das Infraestruturas, Ordenamento do Territ\u00f3rio e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, Eng\u00ba Victor Coutinho e equipa da IFH liderada pela Administradora Executiva, Dra. Eneida Morais, procedeu ao lan\u00e7amento oficial da empreitada de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 100 habita\u00e7\u00f5es sociais no bairro de Alto Santa Cruz, em Espargos, na ilha do Sal, visando combater o d\u00e9fice habitacional na ilha.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A empreitada de constru\u00e7\u00e3o dessas habita\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 teve o seu arranque, sendo que a obra j\u00e1 foi implantada no terreno.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>O projeto, implantado em dois lotes (um com \u00e1rea total de 1934,19 m\u00b2 e outro com \u00e1rea total de 1710,27 m\u00b2), separados por uma via, abrigar\u00e1 100 habita\u00e7\u00f5es de tipologia T2 que visam melhorar a qualidade de vida e bem-estar das fam\u00edlias.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De real\u00e7ar que o Programa de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o de Habita\u00e7\u00f5es Sociais est\u00e1 em curso em v\u00e1rias ilhas do pa\u00eds e visa dar resposta progressiva ao d\u00e9fice habitacional, com enfoque em fam\u00edlias de baixo rendimento e jovens, promovendo inclus\u00e3o, dignidade e urbanidade.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Ao total s\u00e3o&nbsp;<strong>1182<\/strong>&nbsp;habita\u00e7\u00f5es neste momento, sendo que est\u00e3o em curso 992 habita\u00e7\u00f5es, 81 em fase de adjudica\u00e7\u00e3o e 109 em fase
