desenvolvimento econ\u00f3mico e social de Cabo Verde, contribuindo para a melhoria da qualidade de vida de in\u00fameras fam\u00edlias, bem como, para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o urban\u00edstica e arquitet\u00f3nica do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Em todos os seus projetos urban\u00edsticos e habitacionais, a IFH preocupa-se em criar espa\u00e7os urbanos planeados e organizados primando para que sejam ambientes seguros e c\u00f3modos para as fam\u00edlias, com \u00e1reas de recrea\u00e7\u00e3o e lazer, espa\u00e7os verdes bem dimensionados, edif\u00edcios com ventila\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada, estacionamento p\u00fablico, redes de infraestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o completas, planos urban\u00edsticos com ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica atrav\u00e9s de l\u00e2mpadas LED e com baixa impermeabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de solos.<strong><s><\/s><\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A IFH, enquanto \u00f3rg\u00e3o executivo de governa\u00e7\u00e3o do setor de habita\u00e7\u00e3o no pa\u00eds, \u00e0 qual incumbe a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas e projetos p\u00fablicos de habita\u00e7\u00e3o, tem em curso a gest\u00e3o de programas e projetos p\u00fablicos, nomeadamente, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de habita\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como terrenos infraestruturados para jovens e para pessoas com baixo rendimento, em paralelo com a gest\u00e3o do parque habitacional social do Estado.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Importando com o equil\u00edbrio ambiental e em alinhamento com as tend\u00eancias globais de sustentabilidade, a IFH criou recentemente um programa denominado IFH Verde, o qual integra boas pr\u00e1ticas que minimizam o impacto ambiental e promovem o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel em v\u00e1rias vertentes, apontando uma conduta humana de valor para que todos os seus colaboradores possam guiar-se e colocar em pr\u00e1tica atitudes e comportamentos sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A IFH continua a sua trajet\u00f3ria, reafirmando o seu compromisso com a habita\u00e7\u00e3o em Cabo
