A IFH esteve representada pelos membros do seu Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, o Presidente Eng\u00b0 Jos\u00e9 Miguel Martins e o Administrador Eng\u00b0 Natalino Martins, bem como, por dois colaboradores <a><\/a>representando os condutores de procedimentos, a Dra. Elsa Moreno que recebeu o pr\u00e9mio e o Arq. Hermano Lopes da Silva, que proferiu o seguinte discurso:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u201cTodo o pr\u00e9mio \u00e9 um pr\u00e9mio bom; tudo o que n\u00e3o vem sempre n\u00e3o \u00e9 vulgar e traz satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; \u00e9 o pre\u00e7o gratificante da invulgaridade.
