estrat\u00e9gia do Governo de Cabo Verde para o setor habitacional e de forma a&nbsp;minimizar o deficit quantitativo das classes sociais de baixo rendimento e dos jovens, os conjuntos habitacionais em stock da IFH \u2013 Imobili\u00e1ria, Fundi\u00e1ria e Habitat S.A. destinar-se-\u00e3o ao arrendamento subsidiado.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>No Boletim Oficial de 25 de setembro de 2023, II S\u00e9rie n\u00ba174, foi publicado o Despacho conjunto n\u00ba18\/2023, que define as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de acesso das fam\u00edlias de baixa renda e dos jovens ao&nbsp;<strong>arrendamento subsidiado do parque habitacional do Estado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de habita\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s de arrendamento subsidiado&nbsp;\u00e9 efetuada por concurso por classifica\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 lan\u00e7ado pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Fam\u00edlia, Inclus\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Social. &nbsp;A participa\u00e7\u00e3o no concurso \u00e9 feita atrav\u00e9s da entrega da declara\u00e7\u00e3o de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no Cadastro Social \u00danico, na Casa de
