De 26 a 28 de agosto, o Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Imobili\u00e1ria, Fundi\u00e1ria e Habitat, acompanhou o Sr. Ministro das Infraestruturas, Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Ordenamento do Territ\u00f3rio e sua comitiva, integrada por representantes da ICV e da ECV, numa miss\u00e3o de trabalho \u00e0 ilha de Santo Ant\u00e3o.<\/p>

Ao longo da miss\u00e3o, foram realizadas visitas de cortesia aos Presidentes das C\u00e2maras Municipais do Porto Novo, Paul e Ribeira Grande, seguidas de encontros de trabalho e visitas t\u00e9cnicas a diferentes projetos e interven\u00e7\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas, permitindo um acompanhamento pr\u00f3ximo das iniciativas priorit\u00e1rias para o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel destes munic\u00edpios.<\/p>

No \u00e2mbito da habita\u00e7\u00e3o, a agenda incluiu uma visita \u00e0s obras de constru\u00e7\u00e3o das habita\u00e7\u00f5es sociais nos bairros de Branquinho, Corujinha e Berlim, no munic\u00edpio do Porto Novo, que est\u00e3o em fase de conclus\u00e3o. Foi tamb\u00e9m analisada a possibilidade de expans\u00e3o destes empreendimentos, atrav\u00e9s da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de mais dois pisos, refor\u00e7ando a oferta habitacional.<\/p>

A miss\u00e3o contemplou ainda a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de potenciais \u00e1reas para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de novos projetos no \u00e2mbito do programa\u00a0Casa para Todos, reafirmando o compromisso com uma pol\u00edtica habitacional mais inclusiva, sustent\u00e1vel e alinhada com as necessidades de cada territ\u00f3rio.<\/p>

No munic\u00edpio do Paul, foram igualmente acompanhadas as obras em curso nas localidades de\u00a0Pa\u00e7os, Ribeira de Janela e Eito, permitindo avaliar presencialmente o progresso das interven\u00e7\u00f5es e refor\u00e7ar a articula\u00e7\u00e3o institucional em torno dos projetos em desenvolvimento. Foram analisadas ainda, as prioridades da C\u00e2mara Municipal em mat\u00e9ria de requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o urbana, tendo em vista a melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es dos espa\u00e7os urbanos.<\/p>

No munic\u00edpio de Ribeira Grande, foram visitadas algumas obras em curso e foram anunciadas novas realiza\u00e7\u00f5es de modo a refor\u00e7ar o compromisso com infraestruturas de conectividade nesse munic\u00edpio.<\/p>

O governante destacou a import\u00e2ncia de continuar a investir na \u00e1rea da habita\u00e7\u00e3o, refor\u00e7ar as infraestruturas p\u00fablicas e promover um desenvolvimento urbano mais equilibrado e sustent\u00e1vel. Real\u00e7ou tamb\u00e9m, a aposta do Governo na constru\u00e7\u00e3o e reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o de habita\u00e7\u00f5es, atrav\u00e9s do programa Casa para Todos – Nova Gera\u00e7\u00e3o, com o objetivo de promover solu\u00e7\u00f5es habitacionais mais adequadas \u00e0s fam\u00edlias.<\/p>

A miss\u00e3o de trabalho na ilha das montanhas, representa um compromisso cont\u00ednuo com\u00a0a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do territ\u00f3rio, a melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de vida das fam\u00edlias e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um futuro com mais e melhor habita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
