O modelo adotado \u00e9 pensado para o meio rural, respeitando os h\u00e1bitos, tradi\u00e7\u00f5es e o modo de vida das comunidades, com casas t\u00e9rreas, quintal, espa\u00e7o de vizinhan\u00e7a e todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de conforto e dignidade.
