Valentina Oliveira e pelo Arquiteto e Urbanista H\u00e9lder Paz Monteiro, neste curso que tem como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer as capacidades t\u00e9cnicas das equipas municipais Brasileiras e das institui\u00e7\u00f5es do Estado e das autarquias locais de Cabo Verde, preparando-as para enfrentar desafios urbanos complexos, como inunda\u00e7\u00f5es, deslizamentos, avan\u00e7o do mar e outros riscos associados \u00e0 vulnerabilidade das cidades.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>O curso combina atividades ass\u00edncronas e sess\u00f5es ao vivo, estimulando a troca de experi\u00eancias entre os pa\u00edses, a aprendizagem colaborativa e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta de estrat\u00e9gias de resili\u00eancia urbana.
