O Munic\u00edpio do Sal foi palco escolhido este ano.<br><br>Durante a cerim\u00f3nia, que contou com a presen\u00e7a do Ministro das Infraestruturas, Ordenamento do Territ\u00f3rio e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, Eng.\u00ba V\u00edtor Coutinho, foi sublinhada a import\u00e2ncia de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta e integrada para enfrentar os desafios urbanos, colocando as pessoas no centro das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e promovendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras e sustent\u00e1veis.<br><br>O programa contemplou v\u00e1rias conversas tem\u00e1ticas, como a sustentabilidade e resili\u00eancia urbana, Sistema de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (SIH), a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da habita\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s do setor tur\u00edstico, etc. \u00c0 IFH coube a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de dois grandes temas: os feitos e as perspectivas do setor da habita\u00e7\u00e3o para a ilha do Sal, sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Eng.\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jos%C3%A9-miguel-duarte-martins-a9673a13\/\">Jos\u00e9 Miguel Duarte Martins<\/a> e a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta de Regulamento de Renda Resol\u00favel e do Regulamento que estabelece as regras de uso das habita\u00e7\u00f5es do Estado, apresentado pela Administradora Executiva, Dra. F\u00e1tima Gon\u00e7alves.<br><br>A iniciativa promoveu momentos de partilha, debate e intera\u00e7\u00e3o, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso de Cabo Verde com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de cidades mais inclusivas, resilientes e sustent\u00e1veis.<br><br>O dia foi intenso e terminou com uma tarde junto das comunidades de Alto Santa Cruz e Alto S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, onde num momento de muita aprendizagem e de muita interatividade conseguiu-se passar aos mais pequeninos as regras de boa conviv\u00eancia na vizinhan\u00e7a, a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f3nio, a preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 crise urbana e a educa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira.
