Foi um fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico raro, caracterizado por chuvas torrenciais que trouxe inunda\u00e7\u00f5es e enxurradas, com danos e perdas humanas e materiais significativas. Em quase duas horas, ter\u00e1 chovido com uma intensidade muito elevada, jamais registada em todo o territ\u00f3rio nacional.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o Quinta de Sant\u00b4Anna, tamb\u00e9m foi impactada pelo fen\u00f3meno meteorol\u00f3gico, n\u00e3o obstante as prote\u00e7\u00f5es executadas. Da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o feita pela IFH constatou-se que a quantidade de \u00e1gua e os res\u00edduos trazidos por esta provocaram uma enxurrada de lama generalizada que agravaram o entupimento das passagens hidr\u00e1ulicas existentes no local.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>De modo particular, regista-se danos localizados nos passeios, consequ\u00eancia do arrastamento do pav\u00eas, onde, ainda existia guia de lancil; queda parcial de muros de alvenaria junto a canais de drenagem; alguns postes de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica danificados; as \u00e1reas verdes foram substancialmente danificadas; algumas tampas das caixas de esgotos domiciliares em passeios soltaram; danos no pavimento em betuminoso junto a um dos canais de drenagem causados pelo empuxo de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Apesar dos danos referidos e de uma forma geral, as redes de infraestruturas enterradas (el\u00e9tricas, telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e1gua e esgotos) n\u00e3o foram afetadas.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A IFH est\u00e1 em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com o empreiteiro para a reposi\u00e7\u00e3o e refor\u00e7o das partes danificadas, estando em curso a quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos preju\u00edzos e a programa\u00e7\u00e3o das interven\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>No presente momento, j\u00e1 se est\u00e1 a proceder \u00e0 limpeza da urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e, em breve, ser\u00e1 apresentado um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o.
